Lepacious Bose BellaNaija 2Comedian Lepacious Bose called out some celebs for mourning Nomoreloss, when they weren’t there for him during his life and career.

***

Ok so Normoloss is gone!

Painful but more painful is all these social media downloaded pictures everywhere. Yes downloaded because most of you don’t have real pictures of him. He was never on your contact list neither did you have his phone number

Where were you all when he was sick and dying of pain and depression? Oh yeah some of you will say “I never knew/heard” that’s crap! His last post on instagram was 13 weeks ago did you try to find out why? Did he change dp on bbm or whatsapp? Some fake ass pple putting his name on dp now didn’t put his picture up on his birthday oooo. Now he is dead, they are putting his picture up.

Calling him prolific music writer why didn’t you ever pay him to write for you. Calling him a great performer when was the last time any of you paid him to perform at shows? Where were you all when Muyiwa’s career went down? You fake ass friends avoided him like a plague cause you thought he was no longer a relevant artist.

Today you are celebrating a dead man we could have saved. A lovable guy that championed the crusade to save the life of another artist went off the radar and no one noticed. Msheeeeeeeeew!

You guys never celebrate the living, once a celebrity becomes “irrelevant ” you pack them, even fellow “relevant ” celebrities avoid them like a plague.

Reading some comments and remarks about normoloss you will know most pple didn’t know him they had no relationship with him they are just doing follow follow to look like they care.
Muyiwa you were are great man, you will never watch another go through what you went through. You are gone now let the concience of those of us alive judge us.

God bless all the good friends that stood by you, God comfort them. May early death not be their portion.

Good night Muyiwa may your good deeds remain a memorial!

Nomoreloss and azadus

After comedian Lepacious Bose criticized some celebrities for sharing pictures of veteran musician Nomoreloss who passed away on March 21, 2016, one of such celebrities Azadus has come out to speak against Bose’s message.

Azadus, via Instagram, stated that the fact that he and other celebs did not keep in touch with Nomoreloss doesn’t mean they do not wish him well or they weren’t friends. Instead people who knew about his deteriorating health and didn’t speak up are the ones to be blamed.

See his post below:

Azadus letter

Meanwhile, the Service of Songs for Nomoreloss will hold on Thursday March 31, 2016 while the burial ceremony will take place on April 1, 2016, in Lagos

Lepacious Bose is Slimmer in this new Photo + Her Inspiring Caption on Weight Loss

Lepacious BosePopular comedienne and actress “Lepacious Bose” who’s real name is Bose Ogunboye began her weight loss journey about 2 years ago and she’s shared a photo of her progress. We’ve been following her inspiring weight loss journey! Click here and here.

She shared a photo on her Instagram page Saturday morning showing how slim she’s become.

The comedienne also posted an inspiring caption of the photo of how great weight loss is but one should not take it too far by living “under a self imposed dictatorship”.

She also urged that people should “think of their weight as something that (once you reach a healthy weight) can go up an down to some extent” and one should be comfortable with it. According to her, weight loss is not a “cure all” for life’s problems and challenges.

She ended the caption with “to be continued”

You lose weight, maybe three or four pounds maybe much more. But you slip, have a bad day, or a “weak moment” and you eat something you shouldn’t have. And what do you tell yourself? ‘Now I’ve completely blown it!’ I might as well really binge! Beware the trap of perfectionism – aim to eat sensibly and healthily most of the time not all the time. Don’t live under a self imposed dictatorship. We all eat more than we should of the wrong kind of stuff now and then. Think of your weight as something that (once you’ve reached a healthy weight) can go up and down to some extent. Have a ‘sliding scale’ in your mind of a couple of pounds either side your target weight. Everyone’s weight fluctuates a bit and you should prepare for this. No one can live for long under a self imposed too harsh dictatorship. The whole idea is to enjoy the journey because it’s the journey of a lifetime. Change what ‘treats’ mean to you. Like I always say it’s a mind game: all our lives we have been brainwashed; from childhood it’s drummed into us that “treats” consist of fatty, sugary empty calorific stodge. So what happens next? We start eating healthily and suddenly we have no treats. We feel deprived. Of course a treat is whatever you decide it is. Is it really a treat to clog arteries, add unsightly fat, feel bad about yourself, risk diabetes and heart disease? Then out of guilt go on a binge? Write down five treats that don’t involve enhancing fat or sugar. Whether the treat is calling a friend, going for a walk, or even having a cup of special tea or coffee, we can all reward and comfort ourselves.  It’s how we do it that counts. Weight loss is not a cure-all Don’t expect weight loss to cure all of life’s problems. Sure you’ll be healthier, fitter and so on, and that will have positive and maybe unexpected positive ripple effects but, as a slimmer person, you’ll still have a bad day in the office, moments of self doubt, times when you feel undervalued. Believe it or not, many people feel let down when they become slimmer and then find that being slim doesn’t solve all their problems in one go (i discovered that the hard way and it was a painful reality) to be continued.

It was a weekend of unity and a call for peace in Africa as Tellego Media, in partnership with the Nigerian Consulate General and the High Commission South Africa, organized the first edition of the Rise Up Naija Campaign.

The campaign which is designed as a social cohesion program, aimed at promoting peace and unity in Africa, was held in Sandton Johannesburg South Africa on Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16, 2019

The event was attended by Ministers, Diplomats, government representatives of both countries, South Africa/Nigeria chamber of commerce and representatives from Nigerian and South African communities.

The event also featured special appearances from celebrities of both countries including Desmond Elliot, Zack Orji, Sihle Ndaba, Monalisa Chinda Coker, Alfred Ntombale, and a host of others.

The Rise Up Naija with its Hashtag #OnegoalAfrica was designed as a creative vehicle, with Nigeria leading the conversation and driving the agenda of One Africa and celebrating the spirit of brotherhood with South Africa. It also provides a platform for members of the various African countries to network and understand each other as well as look for more synergistic ways to work together as one people.

According to the Campaign Director and the initiator of ‘Rise Up Naija’, Tonia Kalunta, the 2- day event started with the premiere of the documentary, “A Brother’s Keeper” at Hilton hotel in Sandton. She explained that the documentary which was produced by her, showcased ‘the past’, which was the relationship both countries had during the Apartheid period, ‘the present’ which is marred with conflicts and ‘the Future’ which is the reconciliation and the socio-economic benefits synergies between both countries and other African countries.

She explained that the second day of the event was the Rise Up Naija Gala Nite, which was held at Sandton Convention Centre, was hosted by comedian Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY and had performances from Kcee, Lepacious Bose, Nonny D, Owen Gee and Uhuru from South Africa to name a few.
